Fried Chicken - Bread Crumbs Recipe

This was what I used yesterday to cook for 7 pieces of chicken tights. One pack of this flour enough for total the 7 pieces of chicken I brought. So try it out, it was very delicious. If you remove all the bones from the chicken just left the meat, it will look exact like the what papa fried chicken at out side. Very nice.

P/S: It can make as chicken chop also using this recipe. Nice man, got to try others type of recipe soon.

Today is my last day at galley shop and finally the apprentice spoke to me. Not I mean previously they just kept silent. They actually are clever person, but pity them only become a jr.technician at MAS. As the intake he, Amir briefly explain to me about the intake for the jr.tech that time. He said there will be 2 session, and each will consist of about 800 people who went to join the program. At last there are only 30 selected one of them is him. What they can do after finalize and found that that is not the job that wanted but agreement signed. Bonded to MAS to work for seven years. 2 years of training, when almost reached 2 years, the company only gave them the tools to start working, previously, what you they doing?

It kind of pity of them because they are bonded and can't leave to venture their own future. Tha pay back is not RM10 to 20k but RM80 to 90k. To get to this level, they can be said was the best among the 1600 people who join the program. To pass the first level is the questions level which they will asked about direction, IQ, add math and another I forgot already. If you get to this level, about a month later, the 2nd level is interview with 6 to 1. GM, formen and others will held for that. About a month later a letter will sent to your house. So by the letter reached to your house you are the selected among the 1600 people.

They felt cheated as I knew. Agreement which signed is placed to ASM but something done at the upper side of the world they are sent to galley as not in the agreement. When I talk about the 26 sept which the coming one for the program that they join before, he told me to forget it, but if you want you can try because chances are yours not them. Because I'm same age with him, he felt envy and depressed, because I'm still studying and will get a certificate but they won't get a chance anymore although after the bond ended they already 25 years old. Before he went in, he got a lot of offer from college. Even Tokyo!. What happen when chosen a path that changed your whole life, the future that you want you want to venture?

Maybe I like to express alot in the internet as I want to write it down as I will forgot in time with the excitement of great discoveries on coming. For those who I hurt, I glad to say sorry here. Maybe this is my style of thinking, as nothing is complete 100% same although same product. lol.

So today, not a special day, but we planed to do a steamboat. Yesterday we went to Gaint and brought all the ingredients we need, with a budget of RM8/person. Not a 5 stars restaurant foods, but enough to cover all stomach to full. Seafoods are expensive, so in a budget series we headed to the fish balls sea foods. And the most important is the fried dumpling and also water dumpling which called "sui kao" in cantonise.

This time very sorry that too many spring onions and also coriander, making the dumpling become vege type. Next time we will increase budget to get more nicer food.

Cooking Time 1

The target today is Tomato Eggs, Fried Chicken/Prawns Wantan, Baby bok choy and an ABC soup.

Tomata eggs which use as reference. We did it but only not enough tomatoes and the scallion. Thanks to me by adding something they do not know and I also confuse, delicious. Haha

Wantan as reference, with we modified the ingredients. hehe, all shape also have with Loon and Goo helps.

Chop the chicken meat until become partial.

Chicken meat, prawns meats, and added with corn flour, eggs, white pepper and light soya sauce.

Wantan pastries. 3 packs total.

At the end, the wantan was fried in golden colour and the vege is ready to serve with oyster sauce. The wantans was fried by me.

Tomorrow will be curry chickens. One dish only.

Shopping Day

At Mizuno The Gardens

At 1 Utama, this sign board is everwhere.

As my friend Eric was searching for a good and suitable running shoes, after doing so much research and went to so many shops to see and compare, finally we headed to KL for more choices and experts. So yesterday I ready all the maps that we need to use to go to Mid Valley, 1 Utama and came back. So we set off today in the morning about 10am. With RM15 or 8 liters plus of fuel we set of. What so happy when we saw Mid Valley and the maps not yet opened to view because of my friend told me that he knew how to go. When we nearly reached all the junctions, one of my friend told me we miss the entrance and now we headed to KL. So after a few turn and I do not know where we are, finally found parking for The Gardens, what a lucky.

We went to The Gardens and find our shops that we targeted, New Balance, Mizuno. There are so many shoes and are fitted the latest technology which cost RM200 above to RM550. There are several designs for severals condition usesage. E.g. Running stability, Running cushion, Running light weight, Off road, Tennis, All terrain and much more. There are also design for different kind of shape of the foot. Eric budget around Rm200 to RM300. When he tried the Mizuno which cost around RM330, he found that is better to buy NB. But after go in and out those two shop, he still undecided to buy which one and he scare he brought the wrong one and that was a waste of money.

So we left The Gardens and went to 1 Utama. This time we follow the maps, but until certain area, my google maps reader lost his direction and we went off ourself. Again we turn and turn, back to the same place for twice and at last we reached 1 Utama. The cars were so many until we have to park at the newly built building which still under construction. Over there we search for NB shop. For over a walk which the mall was so big and big, finally we found it and we went into it. There the only expert left was there. He asked what condition we will use for and he measured Erick's foot and touched to see whether which will be the most suitable for him. And he brought it, RM300 with a pair of stocking.

After that was time to go home. And that the google maps that we printed does not work because one of the road had been closed forever and the google maps directed us to use that road, damn. Turn and turn again, no choice, went to IKEA and shop again. Than lucky we found the sign board direct back to Shah Alam. Not many photos had been taken because I am the driver. lol
