Korean Food

My fingers feel like want to do some typing, and tada, here we go.

My colleague found a restaurant at Elite Avenue Penang, which have quite good rating on lunch and dinner set. We decided to give it a try since we do not know what to eat anymore. We found that there is no one inside the restaurant and it's run by some like Pakistan people. We decided to ditch the plan, and walk around the area for other to dine. I remember that one Korean restaurant at the other end is always pack with crowd and we decided to give it a try. Restaurant name KO.BQ Korean Restaurant at Elite Avenue Penang.

Since there is only both of us and my friend has a little worry about pork (since he had bad experience on raw pork in Penang), we order something else which is chicken as main course. I do not take photo of the menu and we straight ordered. There are free sky juice if you don't want to order the juice.

Standard Starter menu
This is what we ordered and what is look like before start cooking.
We ordered add-on rice into it and it's really taste very nice. The flavor is well balance and you won't stop eating until you are full. Sadly this portion is huge, we could not finished it. Recommend 3-4 person portion. My friend is sweating like no body business because of the spice, I didn't feel any spice and it's taste great. Definitely will come back again for this dish.

A short video clip show you how they cook it :D

My friend comment is too wet, since he had before same thing at Korea is dryer. I like the wetness, it's feel sort like Malaysia cooking. I could not find any of it's own website, but google did a very good job, got all the information you want. Just search KO BQ Korean restaurant.

Summary:
Google search : Ko.B.Q Korean Restaurant

Main course: RM60+/rice RM5+
Drinks: RM5~6/each
Sky Juice: FOC
Total Damage: RM80+

Penang

So since I am back to Penang and I'm so free. I am updating my blog.

Firstly, I had change the design of my blog, since it look very old and not attractive at all. Voted not good higher than better. Enjoy the new look. Let me see where should I start...

Yeah about my shoes. I brought it and sold it, budget not enough to continue live stock...food. Haha

This shoes is purposely designed for Off Road use.

When I start working and have money, you will be mine once again..

My department want us to be as active as possible so, a lot of activities we had join such as the National Youth Day. Nothing to explain, the photos will tell the truth. There are many activities going on, the first day we went is for a walk~

That is the first time I went to Putrajaya and I found that it is very beautiful. All the building are so designed to the talent of Malaysian. I took some of the photos.

We need another with red shirt and yellow. Haha

After the walk all waiting for the lucky draw. I wonder there is so many lucky draw to be won, I think they use this tactic to attract more youth to join.

Loon won a Milo

Ben won sandwich machine

The court

A long that day, a lot of sports car shows going on and I manage to take some. The rest donno went somewhere.

Quite rare you can see mustang in Malaysia.

I came for the second day also for the Ekiden Run. This is the moment I train myself for 1 month to run 3km non-stop and I did it on that day,

They all are so happy that there are girls along

Cadet Pilot AirAsia

So what a sudden saw my senior who now is last semester training at MAS joining AirAsia Cadet Pilot interview. I guess that pretty much more chances over AirAsia than others. For me, I will get it a try when I come to my final semester which is next year. If done it now, I will give away everything in this 2 years. Become a pilot is also a dream for as it will change my view all the way. I love Ship and Plane, because it is the most less and different things will be learned compared to chemicals, mechanical, electrical. Overall, this two cover all of it.

Flying a plane, become a pilot, fly through the sky, I know is not an easy job. If the interest is there, than you be there. Maybe somehow from start we do now know what we going for, but after my training, it make me realize that there is so much I need to learn from different area.

AirAsia is like an open to the public as who can do it than that's your. A lot of dreams had been com true by AirAsia as you can read their blog from time to time, how is the people travel and work for it. Hmm, MAS blog is for their employees, nothing much to read as much is the activities and thanks giving.

We will fight to get it but not the "cable" thing.

Hope you get it Ben.
AirAsia Blog - my success is yours

As you can see our here which is "Blog become A pilot", I think only AirAsia done this only. It is a great job for someone to tell how much they want to be a pilot than choosing one just for fate to get a job.
http://blog.airasia.com/index.php/from-1st-of-april-till-today-thank-you-a

P/S: I do not know much going around inside AirAsia because know no one in there and MAS I do not know how to say because is too complex somehow.

Live your Life

A photo tells everything. That why I like photos so much and also camera. What it that time I had a camera? What happens if you have a camera when you are a teenager who willing to outcome something more than your life can be expected?

"The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had "

"It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives."

"Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile."

Something that you doubt and in this photo. Haha, that why, photos talk. Camera ruled!
That what life worth.

"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way."

"Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives."

"When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying. !"

This is also one of the rarest photo I have. Nothing to say as it is one of the greatest photo I ever had.

But at last is my quotation,
"Live With No Regrets Because Everything Happens For A Reason"

Stories

I do not know how to start this topic but I guess I have to write as the day progress. Because of Loon brought the 1st raya night train ticket to go home Tanah Merah, so I also brought the same day and similar departure time. But sadly, he lost his ticket 2 days before the departure date. Every transport tickets were sold out that on that day to the northern east. So we checked the internet for ticket at KTMB, luckily they added another cabin one day earlier than the ticket I brought. When we checked, there are still left 3 places for the second class sleeping. He had no choices so he brought Saturday night train. Haha, never sit train to travel for a long period, you will regrets as Loon and I does before. You can’t get a nice sleep because the seats are one of a kind and also the train is moving all the time, if you have big or a lot bags to bring, you will be worried of them as every station there is people up and down the train.

So, we planned to go together that day but because of I’m alone I had to go alone. Since then, because was 1st day of raya, the cab will cost insanely and additional that time was raining. I called Ong to fetch me as he wanted to go to his friend’s house to take keys. Haha just nice. Ong drop me at Subang KTM station and I brought my ticket which cost me Rm1.60 compare to Batu Tiga station Rm2.10. I sat down the seat and wait for train. Public holiday that is normal for all foreigners to gather and go out. So I reached KL sentral on time and still have 2 hours before my train departure. There are some events took place in KL sentral because as we know that is where all the train intersect each other, so it will be crowed any time. I went to Mcd to have dinner there. When I was waiting for my turn to place my order, beside the next counter, there was a woman with a little girl. The woman was blind and a little girl gasping for a value meal, which is a happy meal. The woman does not wanted buy because it was too costly. I was so delighted to buy a mean for the little girl, but because of I never put a first step on helping them, it would be hard for me. I watched them from the seat I chosen, and finally if I not wrong, the counter girl gave a free mean for the little girl.

We can’t avoid this kind of situation because it happens all around us. Nothing less to say it maybe will happen on us, someone we know, someone we love. So, there was still 1 hour left. I walked to the main KTMB intercity counter to look for any update information and greatly, I found some. Last time, whenever I travel back, Express Langkawi and Express Wau will depart at the same gate which is located just beside the Dunkin’s Donuts. As this had caused chock up situation. They divided it to 2 gate, one is at the same old place which named as Gate B for southern area, and one more is Gate A for northern area which beside the KFC. So I sat at the waiting lobby. That time was around 7pm, and I saw a man have some walking difficulties was helped by a KFC worker to go to the toilet. After a while, he was suddenly appear beside me as a young father with two kids helped him and sat down just beside me. I was stand up to let him to sit, by the way he got the seat from another guy. This is just coincidence as he sat beside me and I heard all the conversation with the men.

From my observation, the guy must be had stroke before, because his head is ankle to the left, left leg cannot put straight, the mouth dislocated and the body slightly bended to the left also. So I conclude he had a right stroke. He was able to speak clearly but I was so depressed when I heard what he said. He came from Butterworth, yesterday by train alone, and today going back alone, 10.30pm train. The good guy does not want to ask much about it because maybe it will end up sad story as today is 1st day of Raya. His hand hold a stick which use by the blind people and one package hand on this pant. I know he look at me also as I was so depressed to see him alone travel. I was thinking that, does he need a bottle of drink? I was thinking about to buy a drink for him as he had difficulties in walking, but I do not know why I was, not scare but a kind of feeling want or not as I mentioned before, I does not put a first move before. So we sat there for 45 minutes. When the time reached 8.30pm, the operator announced to gather at Gate A for Express Langkawi train. As time goes by, there were so many people, old and young coming to this side. Suddenly I saw an old guy with a bag, came across in front of me. So I stood up and let him to sit, but he denied and walked away. As I was stood up, I went to the toilet than I came back. No one sat on my place and I sat back. Then I saw the old guy begging for money with all the fathers, or eldest. When he came over me, he just passed by.

When time reached 8.45pm the gate was opened, I said goodbye in my heart to the old man who sat beside me. On the way towards the train, I meet my senior who live in Sabah and he went to Penang for vacation. I headed direct to my cabin and searched for my bed. There was a group of youngster, if I not wrong they want to go to Langkawi as the said they will get down at Kedah station.

No photos taken for that moments.

I was sleeping in the last cabin, badly the crew member does not called me when arrived. Is ok because I always prepared before arrived. A long road to walk.
